Bo-Vonne is our VP of Marketing, responsible for all tenant-side marketing programs, market research, public relations and IT systems.  She has over 25 years of experience in marketing strategy, program development, trade show and marketing management in the Nonprofit Business Trade Association Industry.

Dave Lucas, Director of Acquisitions

Responsible for the solicitation, review, underwriting and negotiations of office, industrial, retail and multi-family acquisitions made on behalf of the company. Responsible for all coordination and communication between Tenants and Development Team preparing leased retail spaces for tenant possession. Dave is an experienced real estate broker, in both commercial and residential properties. He has worked with Coldwell Banker and Keller Williams, as well as a previous owner and manager of a large service company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
