Hollis serves as the company’s General Counsel & COO. He is responsible for all legal matters of the company and management of any outside counsel. He has practiced general business and corporate law matters for 30 years.
Prior to Trophy, Hollis served as Chief Corporate Counsel for a web hosting company; has served as General Counsel for a world wide lumber brokerage and Litigation Counsel for a chain of nursing homes. This wide range of business issues includes real property purchases, leases and construction of developments. Hollis has been an owner of an Arena Football team and served as General Counsel to two other teams. He has served as a County Court at Law Judge in Denton County. Hollis has a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University School of Law.

Eric is the company’s founder, CEO and President. A development professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of development and construction experience, Eric is responsible for overall strategic vision, organization, communications and execution.
Prior to Trophy, he was Director of Development for The Woodmont Company (Fort Worth, Texas), a nationwide provider of real estate services which has developed projects for big-box developers such as Target, Academy, CircuitCity, and Kohl’s. Prior to that Eric was a Senior Project Manager for Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (Beachwood, Ohio), the nation’s third largest developer of market-dominant community centers, and Rooms To Go Furniture Corp. (Duluth, Georgia), the country’s largest furniture company. Eric also was founder and President of AIR Acoustical and Wall Systems, in Atlanta, Georgia.
Eric has successfully completed a variety of development projects in retail, healthcare hospitals, restaurants, government, and corporate office suites. The projects range in size up to 1.75 million square feet. In these complex projects, Eric has consistently met deadlines within budget, and is known for being a fair and decisive leader. Eric attended Shorter College (Liberal Arts) and Georgia Southern University (Civil Engineering).
