Geri is our Office Manager, and is an experienced support professional. She is responsible for managing the operational flow of the office. Geri has had nearly 10 years experience helping make offices work. Her specialty is developing public relations and strengthening client relationships.

April is Executive Assistant to Mr. Cox and Mr Godfrey. She assists the President and the General Counsel with the daily operations, takes minutes and organizes special projects for our growing development company. She also provides general office support including scheduling, travel coordination, correspondence, administrative coordination, and prioritizing to meet deadlines for the entire development team. In addition, April has taken on the responsibility for the day-to-day accounting operations.
Jennifer Cox, General Manager
As General Manager, Jennifer manages the health benefits and oversees payroll for all office employees. She also recruits, interviews and trains potential team members, develops and implements policies and procedures for effective administration of the office, maintains client relationships, communicates with the CEO on the needs and solutions for office operations and handles all other duties related to human resources. Jennifer’s background is in hotel development and franchise management.
