Bob Grunt - Director of Design

Responsible for all site planning and management of the Architectural Design process. Insure Shopping Center and Tenant design compliance with national, regional and local building and design criteria. Monitor Design modifications to ensure budget adherence, secure permits and building approvals.

 With 20 years of Planning and Design experience prior to Trophy, Bob served as Sr. Designer/Planner and Cad Department Manager for Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (Beachwood, Ohio) designing Lifestyle, Main Street and CommunityShopping Centers. As a Site Project Manager for KA, Inc. Architects (Cleveland, Ohio) he concentrated on the planning of regional and super regional malls, and as a site planner for Zaremba Group (Lakewood, Ohio) planning community centers.

 Bob went to Bowling Green State University for Architectural Technology and is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
